1. Who We Are

The Site and the HEBÉA brand are owned and operated by GreenBack Group Ltd., EU (“HEBÉA”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@hebea.beauty.

2. Eligibility and Where We Sell

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is true and complete and that you are buying for personal use, not for resale.

3. Our Products

• HEBÉA products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person.
• Check the ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, read the full ingredient list before buying and do a patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. The ingredient list printed on the product packaging is the definitive one and prevails over the Site if they ever differ.
• We present our products as accurately as we can. Colors, textures and sizes may look slightly different on your screen, and product images are for illustration.
• Keep products out of reach of children and store them as described on the packaging.

4. The Legend of Hebéa

The Legend of Hebéa and the gods of Olympus, the product names (such as Nectar, Ambrosia and Aura) and the stories on the Site are creative storytelling inspired by Greek mythology. They are not statements about how our products work. Product benefits are described in each product’s Description and Benefits.

5. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
• Shipping costs, and sales tax where we are required to collect it, are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.
• All payments are processed and secured by PayPal, and purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. Your use of PayPal is also subject to PayPal’s own terms.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received an order confirmation.

6. Orders

• After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not yet mean your order is accepted. Your order is accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation.
• Every order is labeled and packed especially for you. Orders cannot be edited once they are paid; cancellations are described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
• We may decline or cancel an order, in which case we refund any amount paid, for example if a product becomes unavailable, if we suspect fraud or resale, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
• We may limit the quantity of any product per order or per customer.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, delivery times, rates and address rules are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. We ship to the address confirmed at checkout. Ownership of the products and responsibility for them pass to you when they are delivered to that address.

8. Returns and Refunds

Damaged, defective, wrong, missing or lost items are replaced or refunded as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Because every order is made to order and cosmetics cannot be resold, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

9. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The HEBÉA name and logo, the Legend of Hebéa, product names, photographs, videos, texts, designs and all other content on the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including copying, reproducing or using our content or brand in other products, websites or advertising, requires our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, not to collect data from it by automated means, and not to place orders in someone else’s name without their permission.

12. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services, such as PayPal for payments, our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers for delivery, and links to social networks. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory product liability rules. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union Member State in which GreenBack Group Ltd. is registered. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the state or country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Before taking formal action, please write to us at info@hebea.beauty so we can try to resolve the matter together.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
